On 31 August, the TANDEM project officially came to an end, and published its final deliverables.

Throughout the 3 years that it ran, TANDEM succeeded in creating a European community around the technical topic of Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) hybridisation, and communicating on the benefits of hybrid systems for the decarbonisation of the whole energy system, beyond the power sector.

In the past three years, TANDEM partners have produced 37 deliverables, reached 7 milestones, participated in and organised several events. These actions have contributed to achieving the project objectives of assessing the feasibility of SMR integration into hybrid energy systems, as well as developing methodologies and tools to facilitate this integration.
