TANDEM organises first meeting of Industrial Users Group!
On 29 March 2023, TANDEM organised the kick-off meeting of its Industrial Users Group (IUG). This group gathers together (amongst others) representatives from energy intensive industries with the goal of keeping them up-to-date on the project and its outcomes as well as to receive feedback from their side on the needs of their industry, for example.
This first meeting provided TANDEM partners with an opportunity of presenting the project and its expected outcomes. Topics highlighted include the goal of creating an enabling environment for SMRs within hybrid energy systems. During the discussion, IUG members provided their first thoughts on what their future needs could be and how SMRs could potentially fit within the future energy system.
